About the Position

The Swedish Armed Forces' Technical and Maintenance Office Logistics (TVK Log) is seeking a Production Coordinator for the Decommissioning Section. We are in the midst of an exciting journey where we are growing and need more personnel. Therefore, we are looking for reinforcement to help us optimize and coordinate the Armed Forces' material supply. About the Unit

TVK Log is a central player in the Armed Forces' logistics management. We are responsible for ensuring that supplies and materials are available and meet the needs of combat units - in peace, crisis, and war. This also means that we create the conditions necessary for the Armed Forces' sustainability in areas such as fuel, food, and ammunition.

The unit consists of approximately 120 employees with broad expertise in technology, logistics, and management. TVK Log mainly consists of civilian personnel with an even distribution between women and men. The management is located in Boden, but we are represented in several locations across the country. Our work is based on trust, collaboration, and a clear mission - to enable accessible combat units through the right materials at the right time.

Main Responsibilities

In your daily work as a production coordinator within the Decommissioning Section, you will handle decommissioning decisions from the Armed Forces' headquarters and support the headquarters, defense branches, and combat forces with expert knowledge in the area of decommissioning. You will coordinate the practical implementation of the decommissioning of all supply categories of the Armed Forces. You will serve as TVK Log's point of contact with defense branches and combat forces. The role also includes administrative tasks in the Armed Forces' accounting and case management systems.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • University or college degree or equivalent competence acquired in another way that the employer assesses as equivalent
  • Good administrative skills in the Office suite
  • Driver's license (B)

As a person, you have excellent collaborative skills while being able to work independently. You are service-oriented, meticulous in your execution, and flexible in your approach. You enjoy working in a changing work environment, are proactive, and take your own initiatives. You are communicative and skilled at expressing yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Meritorious

  • Experience working in the Armed Forces' support systems LIFT and PRIO
  • Experience working within the Armed Forces' logistics function

Other

The position constitutes a permanent full-time civilian employment. The Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those not already employed within the Armed Forces.

Work location: Boden or Arboga
Travel in the service may occur.

Start date according to agreement.
