Agigo is now looking for a senior accountant for a longer consulting assignment with a client in Västerås. The assignment starts in February and lasts until the end of the year.

In this role, you will work closely with company managers and contribute with a clear overall perspective on accounting. You will be responsible for the quality of accounting, reporting, and documentation, as well as participating in and driving projects and other issues related to accounting and compliance. The role also involves ongoing dialogue with other parts of the organization and actively contributing to improvements in work methods and processes.

Your responsibilities

• Support to company managers in accounting-related matters
• Ensure quality in preparation, documentation, and reporting
• Participate in and drive projects related to accounting and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting principles and legal requirements
• Collaborate with other functions and contribute to improvement measures

Your background

• Very good knowledge of accounting and tax (ÅRL, BFL, income and value-added tax)
• Basic understanding of IFRS
• Master's degree in economics or equivalent
• Several years of experience in qualified accounting work
• Good IT and systems skills, as well as very good knowledge of the Office suite
• Experience from the real estate industry is an advantage
