We are looking for a structured and dedicated restaurant administrator for our operations. The position is full-time and starts with a fixed-term contract of six months, with the possibility of a permanent position thereafter.

About the position

As a restaurant administrator, you play a central role in the daily operations and are responsible for administrative, financial, and organizational tasks within the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Administrative responsibility for the restaurant's daily operations
• Invoice management, accounting documentation, and cost tracking
• Establishing and managing staff schedules
• Payroll documentation and personnel administration
• Negotiation and contact with suppliers
• Orders and purchases
• Monitoring contracts and prices
• Support to the restaurant manager and staff
• Ensuring compliance with routines, policies, and legal requirements
• Other administrative tasks that occur in a restaurant operation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or equivalent
• Experience in administrative work, preferably within the restaurant or service sector
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Swedish or English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
