About the job as an Accountant

You will belong to Store Economics, which is the part of ICA Affärsservice that sells accounting services and financial reporting to ICA stores across the country. We are in the midst of a transformation journey with many exciting challenges and development opportunities. The organization in Store Economics is team-based, and you will be part of a team together with other Accountants and Customer Managers. In the team, you have colleagues who have the same tasks, with similar clients as you, which facilitates learning and task distribution.

You will handle the ICA stores':

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Analysis and control of file integrations
• Reconciliations
• Tax declarations
• Preparation of monthly reports and some year-end work.

Are you the one we are looking for?

You have completed your college or university education or have equivalent work experience or vocational training. We believe you have worked with ongoing accounting for at least two years. Perhaps you are already an accounting consultant at a firm but are ready to take on larger tasks, with a larger employer and in a larger collegial context.

To thrive in the role, you are positive, curious, and have a strong desire to learn new things. You are expected to be able to plan and prioritize your work independently while taking joint delivery responsibility for the clients in the Team together with other colleagues.

Fundamentally, you are structured and good at prioritizing correctly and meeting deadlines, but you also enjoy change and have the ability to quickly reprioritize when ad hoc tasks arise. You need to be able to be efficient and therefore learn quickly as there can be a high pace and several changes in working methods at times.

Of course, you have good communication skills as there is a lot of customer contact, and you are a good team player. We work daily with learning and self-leadership to win the future together, and some key words for us are responsible, proactive, change-oriented, and courageous.
