We at Uniflex in Västerås are now looking for a Sales Consultant Manager who wants to help develop our business, both strategically and operationally. About the position
As a Sales Consultant Manager, you are responsible for both new customer acquisition and managing existing clients, focusing on developing the business and creating added value. You are constantly looking for new business opportunities and actively participating in various networks. The role involves a strong focus on prospecting and engaging new customers, while we also place great importance on maintaining and nurturing our existing customer relationships to always be the customer's first choice.
In addition to sales, you are also responsible for placing the right consultants for the assignments you bring in, as well as following up and supporting them in their daily work with clients.
You work towards a budget and contribute to achieving our high-set goals. You collaborate closely with your colleagues to match the right candidate with the right client.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone driven by achieving results and not afraid to set high goals. You have experience in B2B sales, and it is advantageous if you have worked in recruitment and staffing. You have good knowledge of the local business community and are skilled at building relationships with clients.
You are goal-oriented, business-minded, and have the ability to work in a structured way without giving up in the face of adversity. With a solution-oriented approach and a positive attitude, you are a team player driven by succeeding together with your team and maintaining a high level of activity.
A driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required.
