Administrator Needed for Operations

Our administrator is retiring, and we are looking for a replacement. This is a position with varied administrative tasks in a workplace characterized by good collaboration and a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

In the role of administrator with us in Operations, you will handle ongoing administrative tasks. This includes coding invoices, managing requisitions and work orders, as well as following up on these. You will track statistics and be responsible for ordering products and clothing. Other tasks may also be included.

The position also includes minute-taking and room booking for APT in Västerås and throughout the region. You will work daily in IT systems such as Agresso and Faciliate.

About the Workplace

Operations is a unit within Regionfastigheter. We are about 50 people working in Operations, where we have a regional mandate and are responsible for the operation and maintenance of hospitals and health centers in Västerås, Sala, Köping, and Fagersta. The managed area is approximately 400,000 square meters.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma, preferably with an economic focus, and a B driver's license. In this role, you will communicate both in writing and verbally with colleagues and customers, so good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

Experience as an accounting assistant, experience with the Agresso financial system, and experience from the public sector are advantageous.

Employment Conditions

Permanent employment based in Västerås, with travel throughout the region. Start date according to agreement.

In this recruitment, we use video questions as a first selection where you will record your answers to a couple of questions. If you proceed in the selection, an interview will be scheduled.
