Your Role

As a quality coordinator within project quality, you will drive and develop quality work within larger projects in our organization. You will support project managers and project participants in defining and implementing effective quality work in the projects. You will ensure that lessons learned are utilized and contribute, when relevant, to the work with risks and opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and establishing quality plans in relevant projects
• Monitoring quality in the projects you work in
• Supporting or driving root cause analyses and handling deviations
• Working with risk and opportunity analysis within the projects, as needed

Travel to our facility in Linköping may occur in this position.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is social, communicative, and outgoing, with a strong interest in quality and a good ability to collaborate with people at all levels within the organization. The role involves many contact points and therefore requires good collaboration skills.

You are a problem solver who is willing to invest the time needed to find sustainable solutions, both independently and together with colleagues. You are customer-focused and motivated by contributing to increased business value.

As a person, you are well-organized, systematic, and analytical - qualities that are crucial for thriving and succeeding in the role. You also have the ability to maintain a holistic perspective.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education and/or equivalent years of work experience
• Good knowledge of quality as well as production and/or maintenance processes, or work in larger projects
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B, as travel to other Saab facilities may occur

Meritorious:

• Experience working in larger projects
• Knowledge of airworthiness regulations and permits

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
