About the assignment

We are now looking for a qualified accountant for an assignment where you will work closely with the company manager of an operational company. The role involves a broad and qualified responsibility within accounting, focusing on quality, structure, and compliance with applicable regulations.

You will act as a support in accounting matters with a clear holistic perspective and contribute both operationally and developmentally. The assignment is suitable for you who thrive in an advisory role, have high integrity in your work, and want to ensure a correct and well-functioning accounting process.

Responsibilities

Your role includes, among other things:

• Working with qualified accounting issues and ongoing accounting
• Ensuring that accounting and reporting follow internal guidelines as well as applicable laws and regulations
• Participating in and driving projects related to accounting and quality assurance
• Being responsible for quality in preparation, documentation, and reporting
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue with other parts of the organization regarding accounting issues and improvement measures
• Contributing to the development and streamlining of working methods and processes

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• A degree in business administration or equivalent
• Experience in qualified accounting work
• Very good knowledge of accounting and tax, including:
• The Annual Accounts Act (ÅRL)
• The Bookkeeping Act (BFL)
• The Income Tax Act
• The Value Added Tax Act
• Basic understanding of IFRS
• Good IT and system skills as well as good knowledge of the Office suite
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with different functions
