Job Description
Are you a person who is passionate about customer service, loves structure, and wants to work with some of the world's leading brands? As an Administrator at our client, you will be the face of the daily operations and service department.
The position is at a company with a long history of expertise in exclusive watches and jewelry, which values professionalism, quality, and a personal touch in everything they do.

Responsibilities
You will have a varied daily routine where you move between customer contact, logistics, and administration:
- You handle all communication via phone and email regarding service matters for the service department. You convey cost estimates, follow up on cases, and assist in contact with insurance companies.
- You coordinate daily operations, follow up on delivery times, and are responsible for goods transport, mail and customs handling, as well as shipments to external workshops across Europe.
- You review invoices, handle spare part orders, generate statistics, and are responsible for reporting and invoicing.
- You ensure that our premises are representative and are responsible for the operational contact with our cleaning partners.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we see that you are a person who naturally takes responsibility and acts as an ambassador for the brand.
We see that you have preferably worked with similar tasks before, have experience in administration, service, and are a responsible person.
