About the assignment In the role of accounting assistant, you will work with accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring that invoice flows are handled correctly and efficiently. You will be part of a close-knit team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and shared responsibility are an obvious part of everyday life 🤝

The team's mission is to ensure correct accounts for stores and group companies. You play an important role in the daily dialogue with customers, internal functions, and other units within the organization.

Responsibilities Ensure the handling of customer and supplier invoices Perform ongoing reconciliations Work with qualitative requirement management Maintain daily contact with customers, their customers, and internal stakeholders Investigate and analyze discrepancies to ensure correct accounts Contribute to qualitative financial statements Initiate and contribute to improvements in processes and flows for increased efficiency and quality ✨

Qualifications Basic understanding of the accounting process A few years of experience in similar tasks is an advantage Good knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with other financial systems Familiarity with systems is a plus, especially in Agresso and/or Cosmoz
