At ABRA, we take every participant's goals very seriously and strive to provide professional support and guidance to prepare them for the job market.

We are now looking for a part-time instructor for our office in Eskilstuna. The role has the potential to develop into a full-time position, and for the right person, there are good opportunities for rapid development both in the role and within the company.

We are seeking an engaged instructor/matcher with good local knowledge of Eskilstuna's job market. You have an easy time making contact with both employers and job seekers and have a strong network in the area. In the role, you are a key person who builds bridges between people and working life. Our goal is to be a natural partner for companies in recruitment – and a safe guide for job seekers who want to take the next step. As an instructor, you are also responsible for guiding and supporting job seekers towards jobs or education through individual conversations, mapping of competencies, planning of activities, and ongoing follow-up and documentation according to the Employment Service's requirements.

To work as an instructor, you must meet the Employment Service's requirements for one of the alternatives:

Alternative 1:

• Education: University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). The provider decides which field of study is most suitable for achieving the goal of the service.
• Work experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.

Alternative 2:

• Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade. Post-secondary education includes university education and various types of vocational training, such as qualified vocational education, higher vocational education, military training, and police education.
• Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in any or several of the following professions or tasks:
• Management with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance
• Part-time can also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over three (3) years.
