Office Coordinator

You will be part of the Quality unit and work closely with the Secretary General, registrar, communication, and HR. Together, we work to strengthen the organization's collaboration, safety, and efficiency.

About the role

As an office coordinator, you create a pleasant and inspiring work environment where people want to be and collaborate. You are responsible for access cards, lockers, and security, as well as liaising with the landlord and coordinating local issues. If necessary, you will also assist the Secretary General and registrar with administrative tasks.

The role involves organizing activities and conferences that strengthen community, culture, and brand. You contribute to ensuring that our premises reflect a modern, activity-based working method. The role also includes office administration such as invoice management, bookings, ordering office supplies, and coordinating travel agency services. You will also serve as a secretary in certain forums.

Through your engagement, you build both internal pride and external attractiveness, making the offices a natural meeting place for colleagues, customers, and partners.

We see that you have:

  • Completed secondary education.
  • Experience with administrative systems such as Office and invoice management systems.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
  • Driving license B for manual transmission.

It is a merit if you also have:

  • Experience working with internal service or customer service.
  • Experience as a coordinator, salesperson, working with events, or organizing conferences.

Other important information:

The position is permanent full-time, located at our headquarters at Navet, Gasverksgatan 7, Västerås. You are expected to travel to our other offices around the region; we provide pool cars.

The position may start with a 6-month probationary period.
