JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a finance assistant, you will work with daily financial administration and be an important part of ensuring well-functioning financial processes. The tasks include ongoing bookkeeping, invoice management, reconciliations, and support for operations in financial administrative matters. You will collaborate closely with both finance assistants and economists and have many points of contact within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a high school or post-secondary education in finance and experience working as a finance assistant.

You are meticulous, responsible, and service-oriented, have an easy time collaborating, and are accustomed to administrative tasks. Experience from the municipal or public sector is an advantage. You write and speak Swedish fluently, work solution-focused, and with high quality. Personal suitability is valued.
