Accountant with Responsibility for Accounts Receivable

Fagersta Stainless is one of the leading manufacturers in the world of stainless steel wire rod and drawn wire. Our headquarters and production are located in Fagersta, Sweden. In our rolling mill, approximately 50,000 tons of wire rod are produced annually, of which about 10,000 tons are further processed into drawn wire. About the Job

The role is responsible for the entire flow within accounts receivable, from invoicing to payment follow-up. You will be part of a competent and supportive team of 4 people. You report to the Chief Financial Officer.

The job involves overall responsibility for Accounts Receivable including

• Setting up new customers
• Credit management
• Invoicing
• Incoming and outgoing payments
• Factoring
• Currencies
• Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting
• Participating in monthly and annual closing

About You

We are looking for someone with several years of experience working with the entirety of accounts receivable within an export company.

Important for the position:

• Very good knowledge of accounting
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good language skills in Swedish and English

You will work in a supportive role at a production site and should therefore be flexible, open to change, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. We believe you have a positive and curious approach to work that allows you to develop yourself while also developing the organization.

About the Employment

The position is a project employment for 2 years with the possibility of extension, starting as soon as possible.
