About the role As an accountant, you have a central role in the daily financial work and contribute to ensuring accurate accounting and smooth administrative processes. You work with both accounts payable and receivable and manage rental administration within the company. The role also involves administrative tasks related to buildings and inventory, as well as administration in Proceedo, our purchasing system. You are an important part of the finance department and collaborate closely with both colleagues and the business.
Typical tasks
Manage and administer accounts payable and receivable
Work with rental administration
Work with asset accounting
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
Support employees with financial questions
Perform other administrative tasks within the department
Who are we looking for?
Relevant higher education in areas such as finance, vocational training with a focus on accounting, or similar experience
Some experience in accounting
Experience with accounts payable and receivable
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of the Office suite

You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working together with others while taking personal responsibility for your tasks. You plan and prioritize your work effectively and meet set deadlines. Good to know The position is a temporary contract for just over a year, based at Navet, our office in Västerås. Start is expected from March/April 2026.
