About the position
For our client in the defense industry in Arboga, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a one-year consulting assignment. The assignment offers an opportunity to work in a socially important organization where your contribution makes a real difference and where recruitment is a central part of the organization's long-term capability.
In this role, you combine a strategic perspective within Talent Acquisition with a strong operational recruitment craft. This is a position for you who want to work proactively, data-driven, and business-oriented in a complex and meaningful environment.
Your main responsibilities
- Be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis and requirements profile to hiring.
- Work proactively with search and relationship building within relevant target groups.
- Design and publish target group-specific advertisements.
- Conduct selection, competency-based interviews, personality assessments, and reference checks.
- If necessary, handle security checks according to applicable regulations.
- Be a strategic and coaching support to hiring managers and HR.
- Work data-driven with follow-up of recruitment outcomes, KPIs, and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of processes, working methods, and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain networks for long-term competence supply.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition and who is confident in the entire recruitment process. You have worked both with advertised recruitment and proactive search, preferably with hard-to-fill profiles.
You have an analytical mindset and are used to working data-driven. At the same time, you are communicative, relationship-building, and thrive in a consultative role close to managers and other stakeholders.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in proactive search and direct recruitment.
- Strong analytical ability and experience working with data and follow-up.
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
- A coaching and business-oriented approach.
- Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Relevant higher education, for example in HR or equivalent.
- Experience with psychological tests and/or certification in assessment is a plus.
You are curious, unpretentious, and driven to develop both yourself and the recruitment work. You combine business understanding with structure and analysis and have the courage to challenge existing working methods to create improvements.
