Your Role
As a client responsible consultant with us, you will focus heavily on creating customer relationships with existing and new clients. You will maintain close and continuous contact with clients, possessing the ability to identify their needs and contribute to the development of their business. You will focus on growth and spend a significant portion of your time on business development and marketing of our services and brand.
In the role of client responsible consultant, you will lead and drive your own client assignments, which means you will be responsible for leading the team around the client and, together with the team leader, plan ongoing work, be responsible for follow-ups, profitability, and budget, as well as maintain communication both externally with the client and internally. The work involves acting as a professional sounding board and advisor. The role may also include quality assurance of financial statements and tax returns, and there is an opportunity to work with more complex accounting issues. At Aspia, we work in teams, and the role also includes varying degrees of mentoring employees on relevant assignments.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a relevant education and knowledge in finance.
- Has several years of experience in similar tasks, e.g., qualified accounting work, and is accustomed to preparing financial statements, tax returns, and annual reports.
- We would prefer if you have experience working at an accounting or auditing firm.
- You have an interest in business advisory and a strong market drive and thrive in a role with client responsibility and building customer relationships.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if:
- You are an authorized accounting consultant or an authorized auditor.
- You have previously had client responsibility for your own projects or have been a project leader in client assignments.

You are business-oriented and enjoy developing the business and the client's affairs. You value accuracy and a structured approach to work. Location: Västerås. We offer hybrid work. Start date: By agreement. Scope: Full-time.
