Riksbyggen is looking for an Administrator/Accounting Assistant in Västerås

We are now seeking an additional resource for Riksbyggen Service Center in Västerås to strengthen our team during the spring and summer. You will work in a service-oriented role with responsibility for customer contacts and execution of our management assignments. You will be responsible for delivering within set service levels and keeping our customer promises. You have a strong ability to take personal responsibility and initiative, work proactively, see the big picture, and provide excellent and clear service to customers and colleagues with great engagement. You work efficiently, with high quality and customer focus according to established working methods and contribute to refining and developing our processes and deliveries.

Make a Difference with Us

In this service-oriented role as an administrator, you will, among other things, work with customer payments and invoicing as well as some aspects of master data. You will also be responsible, together with your colleagues, for ensuring that deliveries occur within set service levels and that we keep our customer promises.

Your tasks may include the following:

• Posting payments
• Invoicing and handling of claims and deferrals
• Some master data management
• Other administration

You will be part of a team of about 13 people, where you are expected to work both independently and collaboratively with your team. In the team, engagement, initiative, and collaboration are highly valued.

You should have a good ability to take personal responsibility and initiative, work proactively, see the big picture, and provide excellent and clear service to customers and colleagues with great engagement. We see that you have education in economics/administration at least at the high school level or equivalent work experience.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within property management.

A requirement for this position is that you can communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment with immediate start until August. The work location is Västerås.
