Accounting Assistant Needed for Assignment in Köping

Are you meticulous, organized, and enjoy varied tasks within finance? Adecco is now looking for an accounting assistant for a consulting assignment with one of our clients in Köping. The assignment starts immediately, lasts for 6 months, and has good opportunities for extension. The position is full-time.

About the Role

As an accounting assistant, you will primarily work with customer invoicing, which means that experience in this area is advantageous. In addition, other ongoing financial tasks will be part of your daily work.

The work is conducted in Visma Business, and experience with the system is a plus, but not a requirement if you have good system skills.

Examples of Tasks:

• Customer invoicing (main task)
• Manage ongoing financial administration
• Support the finance department as needed
• Work in the business system Visma Business

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school education in finance (minimum requirement)
• Preferably has experience with customer invoicing
• Is organized, meticulous, and can work independently
• Has good computer skills and can quickly adapt to new systems

You will be employed by Adecco and work as a consultant for the client in Köping.
