What the role entails

As a technical communicator at Aleido, you will:

• Collect, analyze, structure, and produce technical information for our clients' products.

• Drive documentation and client projects together with colleagues and ensure that deliveries are consistent, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

• Map clients' products and needs, and further develop their information structure.

• Support our clients in their digitalization journey and contribute improvement suggestions regarding information solutions and working methods.

Who you are

You have:

• A couple of years of experience as a technical communicator.

• Experience working with XML-based tools.

• Experience with topic-based writing.

• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious is experience in cognitive science, UX, or a technical background in hardware or software.

As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have an easy time simplifying complex information. You thrive in the consultant role, take responsibility for your own work, and appreciate collaboration with many contact points. You have a genuine interest in technology and like to stay updated on new working methods and technologies, such as AI.
