JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an investigator for suspected incorrect payments to our team. This is a newly established role with us, where we want to recruit a person who actively drives and develops the work to prevent, detect, and counteract incorrect payments.

In this role, you will be responsible for investigating suspected incorrect payments of financial assistance, assessing recovery claims, and taking necessary actions in accordance with applicable legislation. The work involves close collaboration with internal functions, workgroups, the municipality's security department, and external actors, including the Police Authority. You have a specialist function and work closely with other colleagues in the workgroup.

The assignment also includes development and preventive work where you analyze working methods and routines, identify risk areas, and contribute to strengthening the organization's control and follow-up work. The role also includes work related to security and safety issues as well as unauthorized influence, where you contribute to building structures, increasing awareness, and strengthening the organization's resilience and security.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is independent, analytical, and structured, and is used to reasoning based on applicable legislation. You have a relevant higher education degree, such as a social worker or behavioral scientist, or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have experience in case management within financial assistance.

You have good knowledge of the Social Services Act (SoL), the Administrative Procedure Act (FL), and the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL) and understand the importance of legal certainty and professional case management.
