CEO Coordinator at LF Bergslagen
Do you want to be the hub around the CEO and management team and create order in a daily routine where tasks vary? As a CEO Coordinator with us at LF Bergslagen, you will have a central and trusted role where you will be involved where decisions are made and ideas are born.
About the role
As a CEO Coordinator, you are the hub in our CEO's daily life and proactively manage calendar and meeting planning while coordinating contacts internally and externally. You pay attention to details, see the big picture, and are always one step ahead in planning.
Your role also includes driving your own projects, preparing materials and presentations, and being responsible for the administration and documentation of various meetings, such as board meetings, management meetings, and strategy seminars.

You are structured, meticulous, and have a genuine sense of service. You see pace changes and transformations as a natural part of the workday, and you are quick to prioritize and adapt when needed.
To succeed in this role, good digital skills are necessary, and as a person, you are curious about new tools and working methods. You communicate clearly and professionally in both spoken and written form in both Swedish and English, and can adapt your language according to the recipient and situation. We expect you to have a university degree and several years of experience in similar roles. A B driver's license is required, as travel may occur occasionally in the position.
