About the Role

In this role, you will have a central function with daily contact with both customers and manufacturing units. You will be responsible for order management from start to finish, including payment follow-up, and actively work on developing customized solutions based on customer needs. As changes may arise during the process, flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt are required. The work takes place in an international environment with deliveries to factories across Europe.

Working hours: Daytime
Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a high school education and a good technical understanding. You are used to working independently and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing structure or quality. You communicate fluently in Swedish and have a good ability to express yourself in English, both verbally and in writing.

You have experience in order management and business systems, preferably SAP and Salesforce. As a person, you enjoy collaboration and communicating with different types of people. You are solution-oriented, adaptable, and take great personal responsibility. Furthermore, you are energetic, proactive, and work carefully and efficiently even in a fast-paced environment.
