Your Role

With us, every task is part of ensuring continuous airworthiness. We are now looking for an administrator for Logistics Support who wants to contribute to this important work.

As an administrator, you will work in a varied and operational role where you serve as the point of contact between the customer and our various workshops. You will have overall responsibility for the logistics flow - from when materials are sent in for repair or maintenance, to when they are delivered back to the customer.

The tasks involve, among other things, airplanes, helicopters, unmanned flight systems, base materials, and personal flight equipment. The position is carried out in several different maintenance and information systems.

Your responsibilities include:

• Being the customer's primary contact for logistical and technical issues
• Managing customer orders and associated documentation
• Following up and monitoring deliveries while keeping the customer continuously informed about delivery forecasts
• Working daily in several business and maintenance systems
• Collaborating with multiple internal and external interfaces in an operational environment where the pace can be high at times

The primary location for the position is Arboga, but Malmslätt also serves as an alternative. Travel may occur, primarily within Sweden.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in logistics and/or relevant education in areas such as logistics, planning, or similar. You are a person who thrives in a dynamic environment, has the ability to reprioritize when conditions change, and keeps the customer's needs in focus.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Are structured, meticulous, and have a good ability to keep many balls in the air
• Have a strong drive, take initiative, and are willing to try new ways of working
• Have good collaboration skills but also enjoy independent work and self-leadership
• Are communicative, service-oriented, and resilient under stress

You have an interest in systems and can work seamlessly in several parallel IT environments. Experience with IFS or Fenix is an advantage. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
