Full-time, on-site (with some possibility to work from home in the long term). Opportunity for overtime.

Responsibilities

Accountability

• Overall ownership responsibility with the mandate to make decisions regarding the vehicle fleet, including guidelines, instructions, and governing documents.
• Drive improvement work and ensure that agreed goals, guidelines, and instructions are followed.
• Optimize the vehicle fleet with a focus on cost-effectiveness, quality, and the environment (including the Net Zero goal).
• Support the business through requirement setting, needs analysis, advice, and daily management of vehicle issues.
• Collaborate with the business and procurement on matters related to contracts, requirement setting, and procurement.
• Continuous monitoring of the vehicle market.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who values order and structure and is driven to develop processes. You are a communicative leader who can explain complex issues in an understandable way and get the organization on board with change.

We see that you have:

• Experience working with routines and structured ways of working, preferably in a role as a vehicle administrator, fleet manager, or equivalent.
• A university degree (College/University).
• You are distinctly analytical and have the ability to work strategically with planning and coordination.
• A genuine interest in the vehicle market and sustainability issues.
• A valid driver's license.
