At Libera, we are looking for an order specialist on behalf of our client for their operations in Västerås. The position is a consultancy assignment that initially spans one year. The role is central to the client's order and delivery processes and involves high customer contact, collaboration with internal teams, and responsibility for the order flow from receipt to delivery.

The Assignment

As an Order Handler, you are an important point of contact between the customer, the sales team, and internal functions. You are responsible for the entire order management process, from registering customer orders in the business system to following up on deliveries and ensuring that the customer receives the right product at the right time. You proactively work to resolve any order and delivery-related issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Receiving, registering, and processing customer orders in the business system • Ensuring correct order confirmation and follow-up on delivery status • Daily contact with customers, internal teams, and suppliers • Monitoring and following up on payments and order discrepancies • Working solution-oriented with changing customer needs and order changes • Participating in process and improvement work for order management and customer service

We are looking for someone who: • Has experience in order management, customer service, or a similar role • Is familiar with working in business systems • Is meticulous, efficient, and has a good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Has excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Is solution-oriented, proactive, and responsible

It is also advantageous to have: • Previous experience working in an international customer or delivery environment • Experience in reporting and follow-up in SAP and/or Salesforce
