About the Role
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our exciting initiative and provide our customers in Västmanland County with the best possible service regarding workwear, protective and occupational shoes, personal protection, and promotional products. You will have skilled colleagues to help you develop an offering that appeals to our local customers. You will work proactively with sales and qualified consulting and will also be responsible for attracting new customers.
At Ahlsell, you will be part of Sweden's largest sales force. For the customer, we are at our best when we collaborate. With our vast assortment, you will have the chance to work with knowledgeable colleagues across multiple segments and roles.
As an outdoor salesperson at Ahlsell Workwear, you are expected to spend most of your working time in the field with your customers, where you independently plan your days. Your tasks include:
- Business responsibility for Ahlsell's customers across all our segments
- Conducting business with a focus on holistic solutions and customer benefits
- Structuring and prioritizing your customer portfolio based on potential
- Developing Ahlsell's service offerings within your area of responsibility based on customer needs
- Acting solution- and development-oriented in collaboration across all business segments within Ahlsell
About You
We are looking for someone who, in an engaging, open, and responsible manner, helps our customers develop their businesses. You are consultative in your sales approach and have the ability to establish and develop relationships. You are goal-oriented and results-driven.
You have good product knowledge in workwear, promotional products, and/or personal protection as well as protective and occupational shoes.
