What Are We Looking For

We are looking for an engaged and positive employee. You will work in a fast-paced team with various tasks. At Sportshopen, we are driven by the desire to constantly improve and offer the best service to all our customers.

On the Job

We are looking for someone who always greets our customers with a big smile and the best possible service experience! In addition to great customer service and sales, tasks include cash register work, signage, price tagging, unpacking, and restocking products. An important part of the job is also to keep the store organized and ensure that the right product is in the right place.

Your Background

We are looking for someone with previous retail experience, preferably in outdoor/sport. As a person, it is important that you are driven and social while being a team player who collaborates easily.

You take responsibility for your tasks and are passionate about delivering good service to our customers. We believe that your positive attitude and good communication contribute to a good working climate. A high level of initiative and goal orientation is something we value. You have a genuine interest in sports and leisure products, and we would like you to have an active lifestyle.

Our Conditions

The positions are permanent employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. Working with us means varying working hours, and weekend work is included. Start date is as soon as possible or as agreed.

We are looking for:

• 80% - 3 employees
• 60% - 3 employees.

Who Are We?

Swedemount Sportswear & Fashion AB started in 1991 and today has 23 stores under the name Sportshopen and one store under the name Bazar. In Sörred outside Gothenburg, we have our 20,000 sqm automated warehouse and office. In Grebbestad on the west coast is also our head office and our largest store, which is the largest sports store in the Nordic countries at 14,000 sqm.

Our stores are located all over Sweden, from north to south, with a growing e-commerce that also extends to the European market. Sportshopen is now one of the larger individual players in Sweden in sales within sports and leisure. Our range mainly consists of clothing and shoes from leading brand suppliers, but we also develop and manufacture our own brands - clothing that can be used for activities in harsh climates, year-round.

We have over 350 wonderful and engaged employees across Sweden who work to constantly inspire and help people lead an active life!
