Your new role

We are now looking for four accounting assistants for a project within the grocery retail sector. Here you will work in an engaged team where collaboration, structure, and quality are in focus. The assignment is suitable for those who want to develop in accounting while contributing to efficient and modern financial flows.

You will work closely with both internal and external contacts and play an important role in ensuring a correct and qualitative accounts receivable and payable for stores and corporate companies.

Examples of tasks: - Handling customer and supplier invoices - Reconciliations and claims management - Ongoing dialogue with customers, stores, and internal units - Investigation and analysis of discrepancies - Contributing to accurate financial statements - Initiating improvements in processes and flows for increased quality and efficiency

To be successful in this role, you need to

• Have worked for 2-3 years with similar tasks and have a good understanding of the accounting process.

• Have good knowledge of Excel.

• Master Swedish fluently, in both speech and writing.

• It is an advantage if you have worked in systems such as Agresso and/or Cosmoz.

• Enjoy structure, be curious to learn new things, and have many irons in the fire.
