About the Position

Are you a structured relationship builder who wants to make a difference in people's everyday lives? We are now looking for a dedicated Customer Manager for 2U Assistans in Västerås. In this key role, you will act as the spider in the web, coordinating contact between customers, personal assistants, and administration. Your primary task is to ensure that assistance is provided with the highest quality and always based on the customer's unique needs and decisions.

This is initially a 75% position that can be expanded to a 100% position as the company is in a growth phase.

Job Responsibilities

Administer the start and end of customer assignments.
Act as the primary contact person for customers, relatives, representatives, and assistants.
Be responsible for scheduling in close collaboration with on-site supervisors.
Ensure that assistance is provided according to the customer's implementation plan.
Perform ongoing documentation and administration in the AiAi system.
Conduct ongoing workplace safety work in consultation with the workplace safety officer.
Manage assistants' expenses and prepare documentation for the recruitment of new staff.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, empathetic, and has the ability to build trustworthy relationships. You are a skilled administrator who is comfortable with IT systems and has an eye for detail, especially in scheduling and documentation. To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven, solution-oriented, and pedagogical in your communication. Previous experience in personal assistance or familiarity with the AiAi system is advantageous.
