Do you want to work closely with the business in a high-tech organization and help build a modern HR function? We are now looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to combine strategic work with operational HR support in a development-intensive environment.
We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner for our client in Västerås – a leading global industrial company in advanced automation and high-tech solutions. The assignment is a consultancy role for one year and offers an opportunity to contribute to an organization with a strong culture, clear values, and a clear focus on development.
About the role
In the role of HR Business Partner, you will work broadly with both strategic and operational HR issues and support managers and leadership within the organization. You will be part of an engaged HR team consisting of several HR Business Partners and play a key role in the development of the HR function in Sweden.
The role offers the opportunity to contribute to initiatives closely linked to the business's goals while driving and coordinating projects to further develop and streamline HR processes. You will also participate in larger change and development initiatives related to future working methods and work environment.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure that HR priorities and personnel strategies align with the organization's business goals
- Act as strategic and operational HR support to managers and leaders
- Provide guidance on labor law and personnel-related issues, including union negotiations, competency management, and disciplinary matters
- Drive and participate in central HR processes such as salary reviews, personnel and talent assessments, succession planning, performance evaluations, and engagement surveys
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and translate insights into concrete action plans
- Work proactively with talent and competency supply and promote diversity and inclusion
- Contribute to continuous improvements of HR processes for increased simplicity and efficiency
- Participate in and drive local and global HR projects
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Your background
- Academic degree in HR, human resources, behavioral science, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in qualified HR roles
- Experience in building long-term relationships with managers, union representatives, and other stakeholders
- Results-oriented, collaborative, and curious with a genuine interest in business and people
- Coaching approach, good initiative, and strong communication skills
- Structured and confident in working both independently and collaboratively
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
