We are looking for an engaged and structured financial administrator who wants to work in a team with a strong team spirit and clear customer focus. In this role, you will play a central function in ensuring an efficient and accurate customer and supplier invoicing process and contribute to good customer relationships through close dialogue with both customers and internal stakeholders.

The team's common mission is to ensure an accurate accounts receivable for the stores and their parent companies. The work is characterized by collaboration, where you support and help each other in daily tasks and achieve set goals together.

In this role, you will daily work with:

• Ensuring correct handling of customer and supplier invoices

• Performing ongoing reconciliations

• Working with qualitative requirement management

• Having daily contact with customers, their customers, and other units within the organization

• Investigating and analyzing discrepancies to ensure accurate accounts receivable and a qualitative financial statement

• Initiating and driving improvements in financial flows to increase quality and efficiency

Requirements for the position:

• Basic understanding of the accounting process

• Experience in similar tasks for several years

• Good knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with other relevant systems

• An interest in digitization, automation, and development of work methods

  It is an advantage if you have worked in systems such as Agresso and/or Cosmoz.
