We are looking for accounting assistants for an assignment where you will play an important role in ensuring an efficient customer and supplier invoicing process. You will work closely with the team and in dialogue with internal and external contacts to build and maintain good relationships. The assignment has a clear focus on quality in accounts receivable and payable for stores and group companies, as well as driving improvements that enhance efficiency and working methods.

• Ensure the handling of customer and supplier invoices
• Conduct reconciliations
• Work with qualitative requirement management
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, customers' customers, and other units within the organization
• Investigate and analyze discrepancies to ensure accurate accounts and contribute to a qualitative year-end closing
• Initiate and drive improvements in workflows for increased quality and efficiency

• Basic understanding of the accounting process
• Several years of experience in similar tasks within accounts receivable and/or accounts payable
• Interest in digitization and automation
• Ability to work systematically in a day with multiple parallel tasks

• Good knowledge of Excel
• Familiarity with systems and experience with Agresso and/or Cosmoz
