We are looking for an Accounting Assistant for a company in Västerås. Start is immediate, a 11-month temporary assignment to begin with.

You will ensure an efficient customer and supplier invoicing process. Together with the team, you will create and maintain customer relationships in close dialogue with the client. Team spirit is important as you collectively support and help each other in daily work and achieve goals together.

The team's task is to ensure a correct accounts receivable for the stores and their parent companies. To succeed in this, you will daily among other things:

• Ensure customer and supplier invoice management

• Perform reconciliations

• Qualitative requirement management

• Have daily contact with our customers and their customers and other units within the company.

• Investigate and analyze discrepancies to ensure a correct accounts receivable and report a qualitative financial statement

• Initiate improvements in our processes to enhance quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of the accounting process and an interest in digitalization and automation. We prefer that you have worked a few years with similar tasks and are looking for new challenges.

• Good knowledge of Excel and other relevant systems is a plus.

• You like structure, are curious to learn new things, and have many irons in the fire.

• Positive and eager to learn and develop.

• Being a team player comes naturally to you and you are happy to share your knowledge. You easily adapt to new working methods and have the ability to see potential for improvements.

This role requires fluent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Västerås. Start is immediate, a 11-month temporary assignment to begin with, with the possibility of extension thereafter. This assignment is 100% on-site in Västerås.
