We are currently looking for several accounting assistants for an assignment with a larger client. In this role, you will work with accounts receivable and accounts payable and become part of a team that ensures efficient and accurate financial processes.
You will have daily contact with both internal and external parties and contribute to good customer relationships through close collaboration. Team spirit is central, where you support each other in daily work and achieve common goals.
ResponsibilitiesHandling of customer and supplier invoices
Reconciliations and follow-up of accounts
Qualitative requirement and case management
Daily contact with customers, their customers, and internal units
Investigation and analysis of discrepancies
Participation in year-end closing work
Initiate improvements of processes and flows for increased quality and efficiency
Basic understanding of the accounting process
Experience with accounts receivable and/or accounts payable is a plus
Good knowledge of Excel
Interest in digitization and automation
Structured, curious, and solution-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to develop
Team player with good collaboration skills
Experience working in a larger organization or shared service environment
Familiarity with systems such as Agresso and/or Cosmoz
Previous work with year-end closing or reporting
About the Assignment
Scope: 100% Location: Västerås (on-site work) Assignment period: February 9, 2026 – December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension
