Consultant Manager at Adecco in Västerås
Do you want to help drive the business forward at one of the world's most recognized HR and recruitment companies? Do you have experience in recruitment or staffing and thrive in a role where you can combine leadership with business development? We are now looking for a dedicated and sales-driven Consultant Manager who wants to be a key person in Adecco's continued growth in Västerås.
About the Role
As a Consultant Manager at Adecco, you will have a broad and business-oriented role with a focus on both clients, consultants, and sales. You will have personnel responsibility for consultants on assignments and actively work to ensure both client and consultant satisfaction.
A crucial part of the role is sales – identifying and building relationships with new clients as well as developing existing ones. You will proactively work to identify business opportunities, schedule client meetings, and create long-term collaborations. Here, you will have great freedom to drive your own business, set your strategy, and influence your own and the team's growth.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Sales work with a clear focus on new client acquisition: prospecting, scheduling meetings, and client meetings where you present Adecco's offerings.
- Business development with existing clients: nurturing and growing relationships, following up on collaborations, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Recruitment of consultants for our client assignments – requirement profiles, interviews, selection, and background checks.
- Personnel responsibility for consultants on assignments – follow-ups, development conversations, and sometimes more difficult discussions.
- Personnel administration such as employment contracts, terminations, time reporting, and system management.
- Contributing to the team's goals and working towards clear KPIs related to sales, quality, and delivery.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who enjoys a role that combines meeting people, business, and structure – and who truly likes to sell. You have previous experience in new client sales with good results, and you are motivated by creating new contacts and driving business to completion.
Furthermore, we believe you have:
- Experience in the role of consultant manager with sales responsibility or similar.
- A business-driven and proactive personality.
- The ability to handle many tasks simultaneously and work both methodically and flexibly.
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written form, as well as an ease in building trust.
- Good structure, administrative skills, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Why Adecco?
As part of The Adecco Group, you will have the security of a global, established brand – while working locally and closely with clients in Västerås, Örebro, Eskilstuna, and surrounding areas. Our culture is unpretentious, energetic, and opportunity-oriented.
We offer:
- A flexible work environment where you can influence your business and your working methods.
- Collective agreements, secure conditions, and an attractive benefits package.
- Internal training, development programs, and good career opportunities – even internationally.
- An engaged team where we support and uplift each other.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
We look forward to your application by 2026-03-15. Selection is ongoing. To ensure GDPR compliance, we do not accept applications via email.
If you have questions, please contact Cecilia Furusjö, Area Branch Manager Västerås/Örebro – [email protected] (mailto:[email protected])
Warm welcome with your application!
