We are looking for someone with sales experience who wants to take the next step in their career. Not through empty titles, but by actually developing and becoming even better at what you do. That is exactly what we at Silentium create the conditions for!

About the role

As a Coach Trainee, you will work closely with the business focusing on creating results and driving your own sales, while also taking an active and proactive role in coaching and developing others.

From the start, you will receive clear goals, a structured plan, and continuous follow-up to support your development.

At the same time, you will be part of a trainee program focusing on:

  • Leadership and industry knowledge

  • Conversation techniques and needs analysis

  • How to create and maintain sustainable performance over time

The goal is for you to become confident and independent in the role and eventually take on greater responsibilities, for example as a coach or in a leadership position.

Job type: Full-time.

Salary: Fixed salary according to collective agreement.

Schedule: Office hours, Monday to Friday (shorter working day on Fridays).
