Do you enjoy customer service and administration? Do you want to take full responsibility for customer reception in a dynamic workshop environment? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

We are now strengthening our team in Västerås and are looking for a driven and service-oriented Customer Receptionist who is sharp on administrative tasks. In this role, you will be the face of our company towards our customers and be responsible for creating a positive and professional experience from the first point of contact.

Your main responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Receiving and booking in customers for tire and car service.
• Handling quotations, invoices, and other administrative duties.
• Serving as a central contact point for customer inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
• Ensuring a well-functioning customer reception.

As we are a tire and car service workshop, you may also be required to support workshop tasks, especially during the low season. This can mean a variation in your tasks, which we believe can be both developing and rewarding.

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in customer contact and has a service-oriented approach.
• Has a valid B driving license.
• Is cooperative and thrives in a dynamic work environment.
• Has experience in customer service and sales, preferably from the automotive industry.
• Is comfortable with computer use and administrative tasks.
