About the role The customer center is the hub of our customer contact, where you meet our customers through all channels – in-person visits, via phone, chat, and email. In this role, you are responsible for providing accurate information and guidance regarding our residential areas and apartments, always with a customer-oriented and business-like approach. You handle inquiries from both existing tenants and individuals seeking housing, which means a varied role with many points of contact and a fast pace.
Typical tasks
Receive and assist customers via visits, phone, chat, and email
Answer questions about apartments, residential areas, and our services
Issue and manage keys
Receive, register, and distribute incoming service requests
Provide support to both tenants and housing seekers
Work daily in several digital systems
We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant high school education
At least 3 years of experience in service or customer-facing roles, preferably via phone and email
Good knowledge of the Office suite, good digital skills, and the ability to work in multiple systems
Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new working methods, processes, and digital flows
Familiarity with the real estate industry (meritorious)
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, additional language skills are a plus

Good to know The position is a full-time temporary contract for approximately one year, located at Navet, our office here in Västerås. Work is conducted during office hours. We operate in an activity-based office with opportunities for hybrid work. Start date is as soon as possible, considering any notice period.
