We are now looking for an experienced and business-driven Production Controller for a consulting assignment with a well-established player in the manufacturing industry in Västerås. The assignment is full-time and runs from March 23, 2026, to September 22, 2026.

You will step into an important role where you support the operational business during an ongoing recruitment and contribute to an exciting transition to a new Campus environment. About the role

As a Production Controller, you play a central role in ensuring strong financial control and good performance in the factory. You work closely with factory management and key personnel in the organization and actively contribute to the development and stability of the business.

Your responsibilities include

Operational production controlling and financial follow-up Cost control and support in productivity goals Deviation analyses and follow-up of actions Product costing and inventory follow-up Business support to factory management and other stakeholders Active participation in improvement work, goal setting, and performance follow-up Support during monthly closing, forecasts, and budgeting processes Contribute to financial structure and stability during the transition to the new Campus

We are looking for someone who has

At least 5 years of experience as a Production Controller, Factory Controller, or Operations Controller in the manufacturing industry Good understanding of production flows, cost structures, and inventory management Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Fluent in Swedish and English
