Our client in Västerås is looking for an experienced Factory Controller.

The client is seeking an experienced Factory Controller to support the manufacturing operations in Västerås during an ongoing recruitment for a permanent position.
You will play a key role in ensuring strong financial control and good performance in the current factory while supporting the transition to a new Campus.

Scope/Responsibilities:

• Operational factory controlling and financial monitoring
• Cost control, support in productivity targets, variance analysis, product costing, and inventory monitoring
• Business partnering with factory management and key stakeholders
• Strong involvement in continuous improvements, including goal setting and performance monitoring
• Support in monthly closing, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Contribute to financial stability and structure during the transition to the new Campus area

Profile:

• Solid experience as a Factory Controller/Operations Controller within the manufacturing industry
• Practical, structured, and comfortable in a changing and developing environment
• Experience with business systems (preferably SAP)
• Fluent in Swedish and English
