What we are looking for:
We are now looking for a person to join our Inhouse Sales Team, whose main task is to ensure and optimize the guest experience before their arrival. This includes coordinating and planning incoming inquiries as well as ensuring existing bookings and further developing them.
We expect you to identify opportunities to proactively sell the right things to the right guest to achieve a stronger guest experience combined with increased revenue.

As an Inhouse Sales Agent, you are the first contact that the guest has with Steam Hotel. You love to tailor the planning together with our guests. You are outgoing and enjoy mixing your administrative tasks with meeting guests on the phone and live at our reception, where parts of your working time will occur. You are meticulous and communicative in both writing and speaking, in both Swedish and English. We would like you to have experience from some type of administrative work or education.
Your role as Inhouse Sales Agent includes:
Managing bookings for private guests, groups, and companies. This includes tailoring the planning with guest lists, room allocation, pre-ordering menus, checking allergies, and activities.
Addressing guests' questions and concerns via email and phone.
Being proactive and knowledgeable about what applies at our destination.
Having an extra eye for sales.
Supporting revenue by filling third-party channels.
Being organized and liking details.
Working together with your team to achieve our common goals.
About the position
Employment form: Inhouse agent temporary position at 50% until August 31, 2026
Start date: As soon as we find the right person
Salary: Salary according to agreement
