Join Our Team

At Customer Service, we are about 250 employees. We are now looking for more service-oriented staff for our office in Västerås. We are looking for both summer temporary workers and employees for permanent positions.

About the Role

The focus of customer service is to provide service and support to PostNord's customers to make the customer's everyday life easier. As a customer service representative, your primary task is to meet the customer via phone. With your competence, ability, and attentiveness, you will identify the problem, find an answer/solution, and convey it to the customer in a trustworthy manner. You will have system support and internal assistance. You will be coached by a team leader to develop and achieve success. Working hours are between 07:55 and 18:30 on weekdays with varying start and end times, and the working degree is 80-100%. The office is located at Finnslätten in Västerås.

The cases can vary in nature. You need to have analytical skills and be able to communicate with different types of customers, where you take responsibility for solving the customer's problem in each interaction. You practice self-leadership and are driven by delivering according to set goals.

There are good opportunities to further develop to become a professional in the most challenging cases or to communicate via other media such as chat and email.

You are a representative of PostNord, and what you do is important to strengthen our shared brand and provide customers with positive experiences.

About You

  • Take responsibility for your own, the team's, and the organization's shared success.
  • Treat everyone fairly and with respect both in your team and in contact with customers.

Competency-wise, you have:

  • A completed upper secondary education.
  • Good ability to handle Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
  • Good computer skills, are comfortable with the computer as a primary working tool, and master basic programs such as the Office suite.

Additional language skills and work experience in the customer service industry or service professions are meritorious. We also view work experience within PostNord's operations positively.
