CDE (Commissioning Design Engineering) is an engineering and consulting company specializing in commissioning, testing, design, and project management for projects in the generation, transmission, and distribution of electrical power.

We have our headquarters in Västerås and offices in Stockholm and Kiruna, and we are in a strong growth phase. We are now looking for a salesperson who wants to take an active role in developing our business and long-term customer relationships within the electrical power industry.

About the role

As a Salesperson at CDE, you will be part of our business team and work closely with both technical specialists and project managers. You will be responsible for driving and supporting the sales process from early customer dialogue and needs analysis to business, contracts, and handover to the project organization.

The role combines technical understanding with business acumen and is suitable for you who want to help build sales, structure, and long-term customer relationships in a growing company.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and follow up sales plans to contribute to CDE's growth
• Identify new business opportunities with both new and existing customers
• Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and project meetings
• Support the sales team in planning, coordinating, and following up on business
• Prepare and follow up on bids, offers, and documentation in close collaboration with technical resources
• Ensure a clear handover from sales to projects
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction through professional and trustworthy work

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a strong business drive and a technical background in electrical power. You thrive in a customer-facing role where you can combine relationship building with structure, analysis, and quality.

We see that you:

• Have education in electrical power or a corresponding technical field
• Have experience in sales, sales support, service, or project work within electrical power or substation environments
• Have a good understanding of customers' technical needs and industry requirements
• Are communicative, trustworthy, and professional in customer dialogues
• Work in a structured manner and value high quality
• Are a team player but can also work independently
• Have a B driver's license
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently

Experience in the following is an advantage:

• Technical experience in substations, protection, control, or related systems
• Long-term service or framework agreements
• Customer-facing work in technically complex environments
