About the role

As KAM for the Mälardalen/Värmland region at Gühring, you will have a driving and business-critical position with responsibility for several of our large and medium-sized customers. Your mission is to develop and expand the business towards both existing and new customers while acting as an engaged and solution-oriented partner.

The work requires excellent collaboration skills, as you will work closely with our technicians and other sales colleagues to create the best possible customer value. A central part of the role is to develop customer plans focusing on upselling and long-term relationship development.

You will drive the business independently and work both strategically and operationally with your customer portfolio. The role is part of a national sales team with colleagues across Sweden. You will work from a home office, and we prefer that you live in a location that allows you to easily visit customers in Mälardalen and Värmland.

In this role, you will report to the Sales Manager.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with good experience in technical sales and/or extensive knowledge in cutting machining. It is an advantage if you come from the industry or a related field.

As a person, you are attentive, self-driven, and business-minded. You understand the value of a structured action plan per customer and how regular customer presence builds trust and long-term business relationships. To thrive with us, we believe you are characterized by a lack of pretentiousness, initiative, and a strong commitment to both your customers and the company.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement. You also have good computer skills and feel comfortable working in the Office suite. Our CRM system will be one of your most important working tools.
