Your Role

Do you want to work with technical solutions that make a difference? Join us in developing packaging solutions for the JAS39 Gripen! We are now looking for a Technical Administrator within Ground Support Equipment (GSE) at Saab in Arboga.

With us, you will have a varied and meaningful role where you contribute throughout the entire lifecycle - from development to decommissioning of aircraft maintenance equipment. You will work closely with both customers and internal functions, becoming an important part of ensuring effective, sustainable, and compliant technical solutions.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for driving and developing assignments towards customers, with a particular focus on packaging and packaging technology for aviation materials. You will work both operationally and coordinatively, investigating technical issues, developing solutions, and ensuring that they meet the required standards. The work also involves contributing to projects, supporting procurement processes, and being responsible for creating and updating technical documentation.

You will act as a coordinating link, a "spider in the web," with many contact points both internally and externally. You will collaborate closely with functions such as purchasing, design, and quality, while also engaging in dialogue with customers such as industry, FMV, and the Armed Forces. An important part of the role is also to provide technical support to users of our products and help create effective support solutions.

• Develop and create packaging and packaging solutions
• Conduct technical investigations and contribute to projects
• Prepare and support procurement processes
• Create and update technical documentation
• Further develop existing equipment and participate in new development

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is driven, proactive, and has a genuine interest in technology. You thrive in a role with many contact points and have the ability to work both independently and in teams. You are curious, solution-oriented, and have a desire to continuously develop and learn new things.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have a technical education or equivalent work experience
• Have experience in coordinating work with multiple contact points
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Hold a driving license, category B

We consider it meritorious if you have:

• Experience in aircraft maintenance
• Experience working with the Armed Forces or FMV
• The ability to read and understand design documents
