At Manpower, we are currently looking for an administrator for a consulting assignment with our client in Västerås, where you will work closely with order management, material flows, and SAP. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient flows, delivery precision, and high quality in the daily operations of our client in Västerås.

About the role of operational administrator

In this role, you will be involved in developing a new order placement process while providing administrative support in operational work. You will work in systems (including SAP and OMS) and have many points of contact - both internally and externally - to coordinate orders, deliveries, and material flows. This position is suitable for you who thrive in structured, service-oriented environments and who want to contribute to stable and well-functioning work processes.

Common tasks include:

• Order management: order registration, follow-up, and coordination
• Delivery coordination: ongoing communication with suppliers, logistics, and internal functions
• System administration: working in SAP, OMS, and other operational support systems
• Contributing to the development and improvement of order processes for increased delivery precision and efficiency

The candidate we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is structured, service-oriented, and accustomed to handling multiple parallel tasks with high quality. You thrive in environments where accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration are central, and you find it easy to adapt to new systems and routines. You have a good understanding of order placement and material flows and work solution-oriented with clear accountability.

We prefer that you have:

• Experience in order placement and material flows
• Good system proficiency and interest in working in operational support systems
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• The ability to prioritize, follow up, and ensure that processes run smoothly from start to finish

It is an advantage if you have experience with SAP and OMS.
