Are you service-oriented, structured, and enjoy a role where customer contact is combined with administration? We at Manpower are now looking for an employee in customer support for a consulting assignment at a larger company in Köping. The assignment is full-time and initially lasts for 8 months, with a good possibility of extension. Welcome with your application!

Working hours: Full-time, 07:30-16:00

About the job as a customer support
As a consultant in customer support at Manpower, working with our client in Köping, you will handle both customer service and administrative tasks. You will manage incoming inquiries via phone and email and are responsible for following up and resolving these according to established processes.
The role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and a structured working method. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.
Examples of tasks
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Register and update customer data in the business system
- Administrative handling related to the customer's business, such as customer balances, rental objects, inventory, invoices, and fees
- Handle complaints, follow-ups, and other back-office tasks
- Ensure correct documentation in cases
- Contribute to the improvement of working methods, instructions, and templates
The person we are looking for
We are looking for someone with experience in customer support or customer service who thrives in a structured role with many contact points. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a clear customer focus.
We expect you to have:
- High school education, preferably in administration
- Experience in customer support, customer service, back office, or similar role
- Good IT and system understanding, preferably ERP/CRM and Microsoft 365
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Experience from larger companies or corporate environments
- Basic knowledge of economics or accounting
