You will play a central role in supporting the company manager for one of the business's companies, focusing on ensuring high quality in accounting. The assignment suits you if you thrive in a broad and operationally close role where you work both operationally and development-oriented.

Here, you will work with accounting issues from a holistic perspective and contribute to ensuring that the accounting complies with internal and external accounting principles as well as relevant legal requirements. You will also be an important point of contact with other parts of the organization, where you help create structure, clarity, and improvements in the accounting work.

• Support the company manager in accounting issues for one of the business's companies.
• Participate in and drive projects as well as handle other arising issues within the accounting area.
• Ensure good quality in accounting and that the work follows internal and external accounting principles as well as legal requirements.
• Be responsible for quality in preparation, documentation, and reporting.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with other parts of the organization regarding current accounting issues.
• Contribute input to improvement measures and development of working methods within accounting.

• You have experience in qualified accounting work.
• You are a business economist or have a similar relevant educational background.
• You have very good accounting and tax knowledge.
• You have good knowledge of ÅRL, BFL, Income and Value Added Tax Laws, and a basic understanding of IFRS.
• You have good IT and system skills as well as good knowledge of the Office suite.
• You communicate well in groups, in individual conversations, and in writing.
• You have excellent collaboration skills.

• Experience from the real estate industry.

• Permanent employment at Avaron AB
• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above)
• Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
