About the role of Sales Manager Sweden
In the role of Sales Manager Sweden, we are looking for someone with a strong technical and commercial background. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the industry, establishing new customer collaborations, and ensuring sales growth. You will also nurture relationships with NSK's existing customers, including distributors, OEMs, and MROs, primarily within process industry sectors such as Automotive, Steel & Metal, Machine Tools, Paper Machines, and Injection Molding Machines.

You will have overall sales responsibility for Sweden with a focus on technical areas such as bearing and linear technology. The role involves seeking new, innovative solutions to improve NSK's products and services, including developing business cases for both external and internal stakeholders. You will primarily work from your home office and are expected to spend most of the workweek with customers. You have freedom with responsibility and access to a supportive back office team to handle both commercial and technical challenges. Sales cycles may vary in length, and your main goal is to build long-term, trust-based relationships.

The role:

  • Be a driving force in developing business with NSK's existing industrial customers by assisting them with technical challenges.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the industry to strengthen NSK's overall market presence.
  • Develop distributor, MRO, and OEM relationships to ensure sales growth alongside various distribution partners in Sweden.

About you
We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in technical sales. Experience with bearings and linear technology within one of NSK's industries is a plus. You have technical understanding and a strong desire to develop your skills. You are a natural relationship builder with solid experience in strengthening and developing businesses. You have good experience with Office 365 and are fluent in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a driven and goal-oriented person with good structural ability to plan your days effectively. Additionally, you are an excellent communicator who goes the extra mile to achieve good results for your customers.

Important for the role:

  • At least a few years of experience in technical sales.
  • Experience in building strong and trust-based customer relationships.
  • Business-oriented thinking and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Driving license B.

Meritorious:

  • Experience with ball bearings.
